TNL Edition I/The Inaugural Meeting/January 8,2014

GREETINGS!

Brothers:
We are off and running!  11guys made it to the inaugural meeting of THE NICODEMUS LEAGUE -- and 4 more RSVP'd, but plan to be with us as all the Wednesdays unfold!

Fire me off an email with your comments and suggestions!  Next week we'll dig a bit deeper into the person of Nicodemus (name means "victory to/of the people") -- including the one time, apart from John 3, that he spoke up.  In addition, we'll have a look at something called "E.D.C." (Every Day Carry).  Come prepared to empty your pockets -- and I don't mean $$!  Oh, and we'll sample some protein shakes as well!

JOYS AND CONCERNS:
--Don Richardson, acquaintance of Jay Carradine, undergoing cancer treatments
--Jim Spangler, hospitalized in a coma from injuries sustained during the ice storm in Dec.
--Don Jones, brother of Robert Jones, undergoing cancer treatments

--David Pryor, brother-in-law and friend of Paul Dunklau,  ongoing treatment for brain cancer
